Aye, the room was mad spacious with all the kitchen stuff I needed. I loved chillin’ on the sofa after a long day, and that view of the park? Dope! Just wish the parking wasn't such a hassle. That part kinda threw me off.

lack of upgrade

the hotel was, dare I say, mediocre at best. the air conditioning was noisy and barely worked. also, after dragging my luggage down three levels to check in at 6pm, I honestly expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but alas, that wish went ungranted. I almost thought of a good review, but just couldn't.

Couples looking for comfort!

The room we had was massive, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed felt like it was designed just for us, and waking up to that view of Hagley Park was lovely.

It wasn't exactly a budget-friendly stay, but you get what you pay for, kind of.

Had a cozy stay in the executive room. The staff were super friendly and helped me with dining options, including in-room breakfast which was a nice touch. The only bummer was the noise from the busy street outside. Otherwise, felt comfy and well taken care of during my one night here!

The accommodations provided a cozy atmosphere with a spacious room featuring a small kitchenette, which was perfect for preparing our afternoon tea. The location was excellent as it allowed us to visit the nearby botanical garden and enjoy the beautiful outdoors during our stay. Additionally, the staff was very accommodating, holding our luggage for a few hours after check-out.
